Hypodermic Tubing Adaptor System

As part of AO Scientifics' commitment to finding simple solutions to everyday problems, we offer a unique ferrule system for use with standard hypodermic tubing. The key component to the solution is our proprietary polyimide ferrule that is designed to work with a variety of standard stainless steel instrumentation fittings. The 15/85 Graphite - Vespel® ferrule provides a quick and secure connection, and allows you to incorporate hypodermic tubing into virtually any circuit. Vespel® provides a hard, mechanically robust material that ensures a strong column grip, and long useful lifetime. Each ferrule is custom machined to accommodate standard gauge sizes of hypodermic tubing. 5 gauge (.220") down to 33 gauge (.009") The maximum operating temperature of the ferrule is 572ºF (300ºC) and the maximum operating pressure of 100PSI. The adapter ferrule is designed to replace the standard compression ferrule that comes with Parker®, Swagelok® or Bi-lok® compression instrumentation fittings.
